• Careful planning – Randy will sit down with you and discuss your remodeling or new construction vision and explore options, discuss available budget, and suggest many different solutions.
• Architect/builder benefits – As the designer and the contractor, Randy doesn’t just understand each project he undertakes – he internalizes it.  He’s the person responsible for design, so he’s rooted into even the smallest details and works to make them come alive during construction.  You will be intimately invloved in the creative process. 
• Talent fostered through three decades of experience – Randy will tell you that he can renovate virtually anything.  His knowledge of remodeling, restoration, construction, and the Florida Building Code is current and he possesses the skill necessary to take on projects that involve complex and sympathetic renovation.  The Dender team will provide the same high level of customer service on very small repairs as on whole house remodels.
